About Us

The Twin Ports Arrowhead Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors was chartered on September 1, 1957 and we are one 119 NECA chapters that are independently chartered organizations that serve the NECA member contractors in our area. These 119 Chapters represent over 4,500 members in the electrical field. NECA is the voice of the electrical contracting industry, working to promote higher standards, quality workmanship and training for a skilled workforce.

The Chapter covers northern Minnesota and Douglas County in Wisconsin. The Chapter handles labor negotiations with Local Union #242- Duluth, Local Union #294- Hibbing, Local Union #294- Bemidji, IBEW Local #160 Statewide Outside line local, The Minnesota Statewide Limited Energy Agreement as well as the outside line local agreement for Wisconsin.

Currently the Chapter has twenty-two members.Chapter Governor is Blair Mahan, Benson Electric; President is Ken Larson, Belknap Electric; Vice President is Larry Hinsa, Town and Country Electric; Treasurer is Rick Osbakken, Agate Electric - Board member: Mark Mann, North Country Electrical Services; Rick Hart, Duluth Electrical Contracting, and William Majerle, Chapter Manager.
