The Twin Ports Arrowhead Chapter represents signatory electrical contractors in Northern Minnesota and Douglas County in Wisconsin. Our employers work hand in hand with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers to help in developing effective labor agreements and market initiatives. NECA chapters fight for the collective rights of management to run their businesses in a fair and competitive market.
